The following terms must be accepted before you upload any primary character images, three-view character sheets, scene illustrations, or text descriptions so that they can be processed by third-party model providers.
By ticking the checkbox, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the related legal notices. Any violation may lead to content removal, warnings, or suspension of your account.
1.1 You confirm that you either own full, sublicensable intellectual-property rights to all materials you upload or have already obtained valid, sufficient, and continuing licences.
1.2 You guarantee that the materials do not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, portrait right, privacy right, or other lawful interest.
1.3 You bear sole responsibility for your creations and shared content. The platform does not carry out prior IP audits; display of your material on the platform does not constitute endorsement of its commercial legality. If you intend to exploit any generated content commercially, you must secure all necessary permissions yourself.
2.1 Nature of the Service – You understand you are interacting with an AI system based on probabilistic models. Outputs may contain misunderstandings, errors, bias, duplication, or legal risks, and could be identical or highly similar to results received by other users. Portions of the output may be unprotected under United States copyright law or other jurisdictions; you assume such risks. The platform accepts no liability for inaccuracies or misrepresentations produced by AI.
2.2 User Duty of Care – You must review and independently verify the legality and suitability of any output before distribution or reliance, and you remain fully responsible for all decisions or omissions based on that output.
2.3 Inherent Limitations – AI output may contain factual mistakes, repetition, lack true creativity, misunderstand nuance, be emotionless, reflect training-data bias, or be impaired by poor data quality.
2.4 UGC Workflow – Because this music-video (MV) feature allows user-generated uploads, the platform makes no warranties regarding originality, legality, or safety of user content. All liabilities arising from such content rest with the uploading user; Tunee bears no direct or indirect responsibility.
3.1 Do not create or share content containing real people's likenesses without explicit consent, especially sexual, defamatory, or non-consensual imagery (including deepfakes).
3.2 You must legally secure portrait rights for any individual featured; all disputes are your sole responsibility.

4.2 Enforcement – Third-party model providers will employ automated and manual review. The platform may delete infringing content, issue warnings, suspend features, or permanently ban accounts.
4.3 If your upload causes the platform to suffer fines, damages, or other losses, you must indemnify the platform and affiliates for all direct and indirect costs.
Report breaches via the official platform email. All reports are confidential and help keep the community safe.
6.1 You retain full ownership of your input content. While an active paid subscriber, you own all rights in AI-generated output derived from your inputs, provided you comply with this Agreement and the User Agreement.
6.2 You grant the platform and its third-party model partners a worldwide, sublicensable, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to:
6.3 Your original rights are not transferred. Ownership and use of generated content are governed by the User Agreement.
7.1 Activation – This Agreement takes effect once you tick the consent box; the platform will then upload your materials automatically.
7.2 Effective Date – The timestamp of your consent serves as proof of activation.
7.3 Term – Valid until you delete your account and revoke licences, or until the platform ceases service.
7.4 Updates – The platform may update terms to meet legal or business needs. You will be asked to reconfirm. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance; otherwise, stop using the service immediately.
