Every new account receives free creative credits to explore Tunee before paying. Since our public launch, new sign-ups receive a certain amount of welcome credits and daily credits. We encourage you to fully use these free credits before subscribing. Once you subscribe, your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle. If you no longer wish to continue, simply cancel your subscription and it won't auto-renew for the next cycle.

• Vocal Songs:

These exclusive memberships offer the same functionality as our paid plans but with a special status, and the two cannot be used simultaneously.

Our refund policy varies based on subscription type and your region:
For Users in the EU, Turkey, or UK: You may request a subscription cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase. When submitting your request, please clearly state that you are applying for a refund under EU, Turkish, or UK consumer protection regulations.
For Users in Other Countries and Regions:

• Monthly Membership: Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase

• Annual Membership: Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase

• Individual Song Copyright: No refunds available

The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on your credit usage:
No Credits Used (0% consumption): if you have not used any credits, you will receive a full refund minus applicable payment processing fees.
Partial Credit Usage (1-80% consumption): If your membership subscription credit usage is within 80%, we will calculate the refund amount based on the proportion of unused credits, minus applicable payment processing fees.
High Credit Usage (over 80% consumption): If your membership subscription credit usage exceeds 80%, we are unable to provide a refund.

• Processing Fees: All refunds are subject to deduction of payment processing fees (including Stripe fees and handling charges)
• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be returned via your original payment method within approximately 7 business days
• Account Changes: Upon refund approval, corresponding membership benefits and remaining credits will be immediately revoked
